Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

VERA PERA accepts returns within 7 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If we are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Products purchased from 'Vera Pera' are eligible for return, replacement, or exchange within the applicable return or replacement period if they arrive in a physically damaged condition or differ from their description on the product detail page. Our primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. Therefore, if you encounter any issues, please email us at www.verapera.com within 3 DAYS of receiving your order, specifying your order number and providing a brief description of the problem. You must include a photo of the defect with your email.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We'll notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return and inform you of the approval status for the refund. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have elapsed since we approved your return, please reach out to us at info@verapera.com.

 

Please note, Shipping Fees will not be refunded.

 

Shipping

Once you place an order, your items will be carefully packaged and shipped within 2 - 3 business days. Tracking numbers will be sent by email once your order is shipped. All orders ship from UAE Dubai.

Free Delivery in UAE on Orders Over 150AED. For orders under 150 AED delivery fee is 33 AED.

Vera Pera Natural Soap is not liable for any individual reactions to specific ingredients. Each product description on our website includes a complete list of ingredients. Individuals with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should refrain from using the product. If you are uncertain, we recommend conducting an allergy patch test and discontinuing use if any irritation occurs.
